I want you to know that no solution (custom or third-party) can recover or reconstruct the full, row-by-row hit data for GA4 property history if the native BigQuery export wasn’t enabled at the time the data was generated. 

No third-party tool (including Supermetrics, Coupler. io, Windsor. ai, etc) can truly backfill raw, hit-level data identical to what Google’s native GA4 BigQuery export provides.

Third-party backfill tools often utilise the GA4 API, which delivers aggregated or sampled report data, rather than raw events.

They reconstruct reporting tables (dimensions, metrics) but cannot reconstruct every underlying event or hit.


Even if you create your own data pipeline, it still won't truly "backfill raw hit-level data" in the same way that the native GA4 BigQuery export provides.

If you need true raw data for the past and have never enabled BigQuery export, there is no solution. 

Only the official BigQuery export offers complete raw hit-level data going forward from activation, not retroactively.
